5 /5 April Macpherson: Tried The Eagle for the first time and was so glad to have gotten a table straight away. I can see why it gets so busy with its great menu. An intimate layout with a vibrant atmosphere. Staff were attentive and food, wonderful!!
5 /5 Bill Bartlow: I wish I could give this place more stars. We got there early as we couldnt get a seat the night before. They fill up quick and for good reasons. The food was amazing, it changes every night but tonight we had the steak sandwich, pork belly, and cheese cake. Food was amazing, the chef was awesome and friendly. Staff is great as well as the beer and drink selection. Get here early but dont miss this place!
5 /5 Daryl: Visited twice in the last month and both meals were excellent (stew the first time, steak sandwich the second). Decent selection of beer too. I like that they have a 3% beer so you can spend a few hours with friends and not get too sozzled
5 /5 Shogun: Love the atmosphere. Very much feels like Ive been transported out of monochrome central London into somewhere far more lively and laidback. The rump steak sandwich is a classic!
5 /5 liz lemon: The Eagle was a halfway point between our west side and east side crew so it was our meeting point back in the day. I haven’t been for over a decade and it’s still as buzzy as it was.
Good food, good (plus range) plonk and a barman who was kind to a solo diner.
Glad I popped by, happy some London institutions remain.

OLESYA ZOU Minimal lines, warm wood tones, and perfectly balanced lighting create an effortlessly elegant atmosphere. The tasting menu is precise and seasonal, with beautifully composed dishes that feel thoughtful rather than theatrical. A refined, quietly confident dining experience in London
Gloria Jin Came here for a Sunday roast dinner and a pint. We arrived before 5:30 and they had run out of the chicken and lamb, so we ended up getting the beef and mushroom Wellington. The portion of food was great, and it really hit the spot. Service was fantastic!
ali kurshat altinsoy St John is an institution of a restaurant worldwide. Fergus Henderson literally changed the way we eat since opening this destination.
absolutely iconic and always a wonderful, fun, delicious experience.
an incredible space in itself, terrific vibes and an ever-changing menu means this is somewhere you can return again and again for every occasion.
Jaime Ridley Amazing, made to feel so welcome and we were lucky enough to sit opposite the chef and watch the dishes come through! The food was full of flavour with every dish bringing a new delight!
