5 /5 Ayse Ornutali: Absolutely phenomenal! The seafood boil in a bag was a 10/10 — incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was tender and delicious. Easily one of the best seafood experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Rebecca Mechem: Only giving one star because it won’t let me give none. The staff are rude and ignore you and hide in the kitchen if you have anything to say about the food. We spent £140 on a meal for three of us, the meat wasn’t there and when it was it’s grey and mushy. We spoke to the waitress about it and there was nothing they can do we asked for £30 back and it was refused told the manager wasn’t there to speak to and that was it. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND DAYS ON THE TOILET.

1 /5 Aaron: Terrible experience. Only leaving one star as no stars isnt an option. The service is terrible the staff dont want to listen to concerns over grey seafood. The food you order doesnt come out and when you ask for it they hide in the kitchen or point blank ignore you. Your made to pay before you eat because they dont refund even when theyre serving gone off sea food. Avoid unless you want to spend a week on the toilet. Dont even bother asking for a refund partially or fully its straight up refused and your left on your merry way.

1 /5 Shannon gutteridge: Absolutely unacceptable experience. The crab we were served was clearly not fresh — the meat was grey, mushy, and had a strong ammonia smell. That is a clear sign of spoiled seafood. Serving shellfish in that condition is not just poor quality, it’s a serious food safety concern. When we raised this with staff, the response was rude and dismissive. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. We were not offered a refund or replacement, despite being served inedible food. It is shocking that a restaurant would serve seafood in this state and then refuse to take responsibility. I would strongly caution others before dining here.

5 /5 Ronet Harewood: The food is delicious, I took my mum to the restaurant celebrate her birthday - she says the same about the food. The staff members are lovely, and provide great customer service. The only fault that can be put is the wait time. HOWEVER, I noticed that all of the staff were wearing different hats throughout their shift as there doesn’t seem to be many of members of staff on a shift. - the girls that I met are a real asset to the business. I would definitely go back again, and from photos sent to my mum’s friends, they’re going to go too!
