5 /5 Terry Ireland: I would thoroughly recommend The Foley. All of the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. The food, we all had a Sunday Roast, was excellent. Probably the best Sunday Roast Ive had in a long while. The beef was excellently cook and served without large lumps of horrible fat that Ive experience elsewhere. We will definitely be returning

5 /5 Samantha Jane King: Hidden gem in the heart of Claygate! Located just a 4 minute walk from the station, this made it easy for myself and husband to get in and out of London. Lovely little high street as well. Check-in was smooth and we were greeted by many friendly faces, all very attentive and offered to help with our luggage. We were shown to our beautiful and spacious room (with complimentary homemade cookies!), and we couldn’t have had a better sleep. The restaurant was lively when we came down, we sat at a table with a beautiful view of the fire. I would highly recommend having the homemade Guinness Pie, it was delicious! A big thank you to Savannah, who I believe is part of the management team, and her team who made our stay (3 nights total) so enjoyable. Always smiling and nothing was too much for her. We will be recommending The Foley to friends and family, this visit down has made us excited to return back to Claygate in the future.

5 /5 Theo Gregorio: The service we received from Savannah was absolutely impeccable and we could not fault her! From starters to puddings, to the wine she recommended us - now that’s what you call service. Our meals were very tasty and was quick to come out. Busy evening and really good atmosphere all round, good music and lovely tea light candles for ambiance. Thank you for such a memorable evening, we will be returning to The Foley soon for another family gathering.

5 /5 M L: The food is excellent. I had the roast beef which was very tender and had great flavour. The portion sizes are generous. For dessert I had apple crumble, which was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and warm. I would highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Inga Madelane: Sunday Roast Perfection at The Foley! Stopped by The Foley in Claygate for their Sunday beef roast, and it was absolutely spot on. The beef was tender and full of flavour, served with crispy roast potatoes, perfectly cooked seasonal veg, a giant Yorkshire pudding, and rich, delicious gravy. The pub itself is an absolute gem — warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything arrived promptly and piping hot. If youre after a proper, satisfying Sunday roast in a cosy setting, The Foley delivers. Already looking forward to the next visit!
