5 /5 Keith Bridges: Nice, sophisticated décor and a friendly waitress. The food was excellent — huge portions and beautifully presented. Only downside was items missing from the menu, which meant our vegetarian diner was limited to just the vegetable skewers. That was disappointing. Aside from that, a very good experience. Meat lovers dream destination

1 /5 Kelsey Banton: New Year’s Eve was a little bit of a disaster for The M Kitchen. Firstly, starters got completely mixed up with the table next to us, half of us had no starters for a good 10 minutes. There was no communication about this but the two servers were standing having a good chat among themselves without explaining to us there has been a mix up. Mains come which I had the chicken shish which was tasty but £80 for a 3 course and had to pay extra for chips or rice with a shish seemed very steep to me! Finally dessert… that never arrived. We did not get our desserts even though we were at the restaurant for at least 4 hours. I said to one of the servers at 10:30 that we have not had any of our desserts yet which there was no apology but just a shoulder shrug and ‘do you want them now’. Think the service lacked as the whole £80pp was paid on booking therefore it’s not like they had to earn it as it was already paid. A massive let down for New Year’s Eve.

4 /5 P Romane (Mane): Finally gotten around to trying this place out and I went on a good night, where I was clearly hungry lol cause I didn’t even remember to take evidence of the mains, but we ordered the platter for 2 which was lovely, right amount of food to share. A bit of everything. Cocktails were nice and presentation to match. We went on a Friday night; atmosphere was nice, it wasn’t busy in the restaurant and you could tell their shisha garden also got some good business across the night too.

2 /5 Modupeola McCarthy: The grilled lamb melts in your mouth...beautifully seasoned..here ends the positive. I walked in and wondered who died ! Asked waitress to call manager in terms of the music...Xmas work do appropriate music....in response the volume was slightly increased. The waitresses worked efficiently but had a face on you reserved for the mother-in-law. Handling the menu made me feel I needed to wash my hands The setup lacks Cheer...hope management takes this on board just serving amazing food is part of the package.
