1 /5 Leah Rosalie: If i could put zero stars i would. The short blonde woman working Saturday evening on the 29th of November had a stinking attitude and told my mum she would be barred for being rude to her when she only queried where our food was after a 40 minutes wait. She then confronted my mum at the table as if she wanted my mum to give her a reason to kick her out. Very immature behaviour. It sounded like the worker should not be working in a fast paced and customer facing role if this is how she handles situations. After the woman came back again with our drinks slammed them on the table and said she is cutting us off i realised the problem wasnt with us and it was clearly with herself as she had no reason to react the way she did. I spoke to the manager on site and he was more interested in the screen above me when i was talking to him so we happily left asap.

1 /5 Sandie Bradley: Went here for a birthday meal for my son’s birthday. As we were paying cash we placed two seperate orders within minutes of each other for the same table number. Three meals on one order and two on the other. The three meals arrived with no sign of the other two. These three had finished their meals before the other two arrived. We were still sitting waiting for the two last meals long after they’d finished. I went and asked twice where our meals were. I was told by a very surly, unapologetic waitress that it was because we ordered separately. They were ordered mere minutes apart and yet she came out with plenty of other tables’ meals before our final two meals came out. She accused me of being rude for airing my grievances, then threatened to take my food away again and bar me! She was far ruder towards me, a paying customer than I was to her. She then told me she wasn’t going to compensate me and that our table would be blocked from ordering anything else. For reference she was a very short lady with long blonde hair. She needs to drop her attitude and show the customers a bit more respect!

4 /5 Wayne Gammon: The food was not what we have come to expect, it seems like the curry had been left under the heat lamp for a while, went large so had the samosa and onion bargi, but had the plain naan as from past experience the garlic tends to be soggy. Had to send my bargi back as it was uncooked in the middle, the replacement was not any better, had to return it for a second time only to be dissapointed for a 3rd time. Worst food in any of the 52 wetherspoons i have visited. If not for the good service by Lawrence and his colleague i would only have awarded 3 stars.
