5 /5 H K “H”: Honestly, from the second I booked to the moment I walked out the door, it was spot on. I was welcomed with such a warm smile and straight away felt at home. The staff weren’t just doing their job – they actually cared. Super friendly, always checking in at the right time, and nothing was too much trouble for them. And the food… wow. Every single bite was full of flavour, cooked perfectly, and looked amazing on the plate. You can tell they put real love into it. I left feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit. If you want great food and the kind of service that makes you feel special, this is the place.

4 /5 LaSer: We stopped by The Perception Bar at W London for a quick pre lunch aperitif while it was pouring outside and it turned out to be such a lovely find. We had a classic Negroni and some nibbles both really good. The Negroni was perfectly balanced and well mixed and the nibbles were fresh and tasty without losing their crispness. The staff was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere calm and elegant which made it a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet drink and unwind in the heart of Soho.

5 /5 PMC: Stopped in for lunch when I had some time between meetings, Just at the bar and had a Chicken Caesar Salad from the Bar menu which was lovely, very fresh and light with lots of flavour/ Staff were very friendly and quick to greet and serve. The place was very quiet but that was good, as everywhere else was so busy in the run up to Christmas. Recommended

5 /5 Shambhavi Srivastava: The drinks recommended to us by staff were amazing, beautiful presentation, loved the overall vibe of the place, and specially the photo booth for the guests at the reception as a souvenir. Great bar!!

5 /5 massimo: I am here for the breakfast and I am quite content with I what I had. W London is a modern hotel. Likewise, their restaurant also leaves an edgy image to diners. I love the way how individual ingredients are combined together. Although they dont really have much selections for dessert, you do have a wide range of high-quality juicy/smoothies you can choose from. Ginger shot is super spicy, I am convinced that they are designed to wake up and scared of your immune system.
