The Plough - (Near Surrey, South East)

Ho Juen Ko A lovely authentic family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Horsham! The service was great from the very beginning - the staff was super friendly in helping us to our seats and going through the specials! The food was amazing from start to finish. The cheesy garlic bread was nicely stringy and chewy! The seafood risotto tasted very fresh and the prawns were lovely and tender. The desserts were beautiful - tiramisu wasn’t too sweet and had a nice hint of alcohol and light. The cheesecake had a delicious cherry topping!

They serve mostly South Indian food and the waiter gave us really helpful suggestions. Definitely the best Indian restaurant we’ve been to in the UK. We can’t wait to come back!

Crystal Hirschorn Absolutely gorgeous and divine food, with attentive service that isnt over the top. Highly recommended for special occasions where you arent spending a fortune but also getting an amazing meal and wine. My husband and I are vegetarian and had the 3-course menu. As vegetarians for the starters and mains, you are limited to one choice (which they could look to expand for vegans and vegetarians in future) but it didnt matter as the dishes tasted as divine as they looked. My highlight was the starter of heirloom tomatoes, tomato consommé, ewes milk cream, topped with wild herbs and edible flowers. Just stunning! Thank you to Lucas who was a fantastic waiter.

Adrija Zaman came here on Sunday with my family. We ordered two pizzas, chicken wings and the beef lasagne - all arrived in 10minutes!! Everything tasted great, and the staff were lovely!

Kate Dawson We had such a lovely meal here. Oksana gave some great recommendations, particularly the wine (Bianco Salerno). This is our 3rd visit and won’t be the last. Pesto dough balls are a must!
