5 /5 Kiran jaura: TipTop isnt just food it’s an addiction !! Exceptionally amazing food and excellent customer service. I could honestly eat at TipTop everyday. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious with excellent quality an outstanding hygiene standards.

1 /5 Majid Malik: Been a customer for several years and I have to say new management is absolutely disgusting the way they treated me. Came all the way from Ealing W5 for a family order. Got home only to realize they have messed up part of my order and put yucky ketchup on my 4 donar meat & chips instead of chilli sauce. Ketchup on donar meat is horrible and all 4 meals were unedible. I complaint on the phone to Mohammad Sajjad who prepared the order and he acknowledged his fault. Unfortunately, Mr. Nadeem (Manager) said he cannot honor to give 4 replacement donar meat n chips and basically accused me of lying. Absolutely disgusting service and my whole evening was ruined and had to get replacement food from elsewhere. Make sure to open each box and check your food as they wouldn’t care less if later on you complain.

4 /5 Sasha Tencha: I ordered the regular lamb doner pitta, and overall, it was quite good. The lamb was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the portion size was decent. However, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of fresh vegetables. The picture showed tomatoes and cucumbers, but they were missing from my order, which would have added a nice balance to the dish. Still, it was a tasty meal, and I’d consider ordering again, hoping for a more accurate inclusion of the advertised veggies next time.

4 /5 Prit: Been going here for past 25yrs now since my high school days, and probably the best chippy doner in southall (after having tried a dozen other nearby places). The taste has changed somewhat over the years since the old geezer used to run the place but its still very good.
