5 /5 JT: We celebrated our dad’s special birthday at Tropics68 recently. It was most spectacular. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The cocktails were out of this world. The live reggae and soca band played fantastic music and brought the party to life, by creating a special moment for our dad. It was very entertaining and all attendees are raving about how excellent it was. The staff are very friendly and committed to giving you a great experience by bringing your vision to life and ensuring that everyone was satisfied throughout the night - we are blown away by how hard they work and wish the business all the success in the world. What they are doing for the Caribbean community ought to be celebrated - well done ❤️

You can taste the thought and passion that went into every plate. The cocktails? On another level! Also a great mix of events and a vibrant atmosphere, it’s an experience you’ll keep coming back for. 5 /5 Ekeisha E: Great local gem thar harnesses real talent and has great drinks and caribbean food. If you are looking for great Afro Cuban music, dancing and vibes look no further. I was passing by a couple of weeks ago and saw the posters for Black History Month expo here and so glad I attended the Afro Cuban classes and party with live band. Usually I would have to travel all the way to Central London but now I know Tropic 68 hosts this and more in South London. Look forward to going again.

Not only was the food delicious, but the restaurant also worked seamlessly with a painting session provider I booked, helping me create a truly memorable experience for my guests. The music, the exclusivity of the space, and the overall vibe made it all feel extra special. What really stood out was how hands-on and supportive the Tropics 68 team was. They helped me design my flyer and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day. I love that Tropics 68 celebrates African and Caribbean heritage—not just through its vibrant menu, but in the very spirit of the place. Its a beautiful fusion of artistry, culture, and flavour, and I couldn’t recommend it more.
