4 /5 iReview: When i first visited London some 20 years ago, wagamama was one of the first restaurants I’ve been to. It’s fuss free, it’s hearty and it’s cool. I am delighted with the expanded menu item to cater for many type of diners. Choices are important today for a F&B to succeed. Today’s order of Pho with chicken and collab dish of chicken rice was a match made in heaven. Right portion, balanced tastes, good kick with the spice and wok-hey smokey taste coming through the chicken - which is absolutely delicious.

4 /5 Ana Castaño: No surprises. Chain restaurant and it looks and tastes as expected. The menu had new things which is always nice. I tried the new juice and it was delicious! The chicken katsu very tasty as usual. However, one of us ordered the extra chicken (this is a new thing) and it was £3 something for a tiny amount of chicken. Not worth it! Atmosphere is kinda loud, but it is ok. Restaurant was clean and the look is very modern and on brand. Service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend downloading the app as you can get discount and free things sometimes. You can collect stamps every time you eat.

5 /5 Jyp: Ordered the pork belly ramen, the pork belly is amazing but thats about it. The noodle is worse than those of instant noodle and the vege choice is questionable. My friend ordered the chicken katsu curry and I had a taste of it, it might be edible if I never eat any Japanese curry in my life, I think they dehydrated the chicken before cooking them. PS: Giving it 5 star so this will show up I hope. Came here because other friends trolled me saying its the best place and I believed it :)

1 /5 Христина Попелюк: Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. There were 8 of us in total. Six people received their food within around 20 minutes, while two of my colleagues waited almost an hour for their meals. This was especially disappointing as we ordered at the same time.No single waiter was assigned to our table. Different staff members approached us throughout the evening and did not remember what we had ordered. We had to repeat the same information several times, and in some cases we were brought dishes that we did not order at all. The same issue happened with desserts. All desserts were brought except for one portion of ice cream. We were told it would be brought shortly, but it never arrived by the end of the evening, even though it was included in the bill. There was also confusion with the student discount. It was removed from the bill and then added back again, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration. The service was extremely unprofessional and poorly organised. I do not recommend this restaurant.
