2 /5 Gemma: I had a tuna steak. I asked for it to come with a side salad instead of fries and the waitress said she’d ask but she didn’t think it was possible (despite being a very standard request in any other restaurant). Didn’t hear anything else for 40 mins then food came - tuna was overcooked and came with fries. The waitress said she’d been too busy to come back to tell me I couldn’t have fries - there were only 2 other tables in there. I ordered a side salad and didn’t eat the fries. Poor service, overcooked tuna, lack of flexibility with a pretty standard request and wasted food.

2 /5 Jack McCutcheon: Tasteless, over cooked and over priced. Sent back the Chicken escalop, they were out of tuna steak as a second choice and third choice Lemon Sole was drowned in butter and tasteless. If youre staying at the hotel I urge you to go elsewhere, probably a McDonalds round here somewhere! Waiter was exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful.

3 /5 Mark Nunn: Tuna steak rare - was very nice and cooked perfectly. I requested some salad instead of the chips it was due to come with. I received approx 15 leaves of rocket, a cherry tomato cut in half and a slice of cucumber cut into 4. Not really good enough.

2 /5 Lloyd Brett: Service wasn’t great. Requested a bread basket which came after the starters. They apply a service charge and then ask for a discretionary tip as well.... when you ask to remove the service charge you get quizzed on why!!! Could be much better.
