5 /5 Ree Ray: My before photo and after !!! This was my second hot pot experience (I’ve tried one up West London before) but this one tops it. Great value for money (£35-36 per adult for the bbq and hot pot buffet) … first time trying the Beef La Kalbi and I will be back again!! EVERYTHING WAS FLAVOURSOME … I was on a solo date and the couple next to me was friendly and “mmm-ing” at every bite. Lisa the head waitress was a great help. Told me what to do as there’s so much variety it seemed complicated but was straightforward after she spoke me through it. I would definitely recommend. Great atmosphere and other smaller restaurants to choose from too

2 /5 Renee Chow: First of all, no cold / hot cooked food / dessert served at all as advertised on all social media, you can actually order sushi at a surcharge. I paid the same price as the other branches of Daiu, but this branch just offered hot pot / BBQ food. A total scam from the ad on social media that they offer a wide range of cold / hot food, dessert and some branches offer free flow of drinks too. Super disappointed with the dining experience here at Croydon branch, not sure if other branches offer all kinds of cooked food (cold/hot)/ dessert selection, if not, please do not advertise that all Daiu offer the same thing for the same price at all social media platforms. Thank you. Second, the soup broth for hotpot is super salty, initially we thought it’s the soy sauce that gave that salty taste, but then I ate straight out of the hot pot without dipping any soy sauce, and it’s still super salty. I think they need to adjust a bit about the sodium level. One positive thing, the staffs are very nice though.
