Amelia Meads Our server Sakshi was so so lovely! She was very attentive and made dining at the restaurant a very nice experience. The food was very good and honestly exceeded our expectations. The ramen is so fresh and one of the best I’ve ever had!! It was seasoned to perfection and the pickled cucumber and fried prawns were so so tasty! Highly recommend…

R D Contracting Great family run restaurant. Very busy, we were lucky to get a table. Flavours were lovely, and the manager gave very accurate descriptions of the various dishes. Good value for money, would come back again.

FunOkay Wow just wow ! Visited about 7pm on 2/3 (husband went in) we were so desperately hungry after a long day and the staff attended to us quickly....the food was presented amazingly and salad seasoned beautiful - we had a regular doner and was not greasy or dry - definitely recommend

Filipe L Dos Santos I’ve been away and I missed returning to the Lass in Richmond. The Lass is part of the Richmond DNA. I got our traditional British dishes, we had pie and fried fish the food was very good. The service as well was 5*. I noticed some internal changes which gave more space to the dining area and it is much better.

Sarasjuntorn Angkinun My husband and I can confidently say that etch. is the best fine dining restaurant we’ve experienced in Brighton so far. We booked the tasting menu with wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the service was warm, attentive, and truly professional. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish - highly recommend!
