Wes Parker Delightful. I found this jewel using Google maps after leaving the Victoria and Albert Museum. It was a little confusing at first, as it was inside the Rembrandt Hotel. To add to the confusion, the actual restaurant was closed but the bar was open. I took my chances, and ordered fish and chips from the bar. The person who took my order was extremely friendly and I waited in a very comfortable chair at a small table. When the food came out, it was piping hot and looked marvelous. Looks were not deceiving. It was delicious. Whats more, the chef came out to see if everything was okay about 10 minutes after I was served. I am from the United States and my idea of fish and chips was what they serve at Captain Ds. In many ways, this was very similar. The battery was nice and crunchy and the fries were like steak fries, not potato wedges. The English peas were very tasty as well. I rounded out the meal with sticky toffee pudding.

Bakhtiyor Sharipov We had a wonderful experience at Carluccio’s. It was very busy when we arrived, but the manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the evening. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service remained attentive and efficient. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A big thank you to Eddie and the team for their outstanding hospitality. Romir Singh Personally, my experience was great in the other kitchen. I was served by Guru. I can’t explain how courteous he was. He made it a simply sublime experience just from his presence. Friendly, welcoming, with a genuine care for the work he does. Will definitely come back. And look forward to meeting him again

Lea Vee This place is always busy so be prepared to wait in a queue for 10-20 minutes. However I always enjoy coming here. The food portions are quite small but it is delicious. I had the apple & pear pancakes this time and they were yummy! Coffee is good too. Lots of vegan options as well! And staff was always super friendly doing my visits.

The value for money is excellent. A very special greeting and thank you to the chefs — my dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor.
