Kibibe Bailey I had the best time at Jams on the Hill and definitely know when I want to breakfast, brunch or lunch locally then this is the place. Its a gorgeous aesthetic and the food and drinks were on point. I had the lamb shawarma and fries with an Oreo milkshake and she had a Mediterranean chicken salad with fries and latte. Im a sucker for milkshakes and it was perfect, not thin and milky. The meal was very filling and my friend even took home the remaining meal as she was full. Such a nice cutesy spot. Breakfast serves all day and brunch starts at 11am.

Mohamed Benjdia Rendezvous Café in Beckenham is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are genuinely lovely and make you feel right at home. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee or sitting down for a relaxed brunch, the quality and service never disappoint. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because it just gets everything right. Highly recommend to anyone in the area — easily one of Beckenham’s best cafés!

Sakara Moye We recently celebrated my niece’s 31st birthday at Papilio in Beckenham, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make the afternoon feel special, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that my niece felt celebrated throughout. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really made a difference. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the quality of the ingredients truly shone through. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it the perfect setting for such a special occasion. NILU & Marta Travels We came in just one minute after opening at 9 a.m., and the team was ready to serve us right away — top-notch service! I had the English breakfast with a chai latte and sparkling water, and my friend had a coffee. The food was super delicious, everything cooked perfectly, and the service was exactly as it should be — warm and attentive without being overbearing. The nice jazz playing in the background made it an even better experience. Highly recommend EatWell for a great breakfast!

Curly Girl I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Kelsey House. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. I hosted a brunch there to celebrate baby number two, and everything was perfect. Eilish, who handled my booking, was amazing—so patient with all the changes, always quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating. She made organising the day completely stress‑free. When we arrived, our server Liam was the most welcoming and attentive host. He was an absolute delight—friendly, efficient, and always on top of everything. Our drinks were topped up quickly, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made the whole experience even better. The venue itself is gorgeous, and every dish and drink served was spot on. Not a single complaint from any of my guests—everything was genuinely 10/10. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

Buse Aktigin We visited this evening for a meal and I must say, even though this Toby Carvery is a little further from our home, it is by far the cleanest one we have ever been to. The restaurant is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The meat was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. The buffet counter was exceptionally tidy, clean, and beautifully presented, which really stood out. A special mention to our waiter, Sydnie, who was brilliant and made our experience even better with such friendly and attentive service. Thank you so much to the whole team for such a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be returning!
