Vicky Crawford Just back from a lovely stay at The East End Arms in their dog friendly cottage. We all felt at home straight away and the combination of B&B, self catering and the pub for dinner was perfect. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A perfect base for exploring the wider New Forest and also walks from the front door if you don’t mind starting out down the country lane. We would love to come back but now only seem to be able to book a minimum 3 night stay. We stayed 2 nights which was perfect. Breakfast every morning was lovely and we had a three course meal each night - delicious. Parking gets busy and I think it would be good to clearly mark the parking for the cottage as when others park across the gate to the garden it’s a little tight to access next to their car.

ileavereviews Ammi is such a beautiful, kind and passionate lady. The food here is so amazing. Being served by such a kind and beautiful soul just tops it off. We love spending our hard earned money here, she deserves it and the food is just simple perfection. Vegan friendly and delicious, which usually seems to be a difficult combo, but Ammi has perfected it. We will for sure be making this a regular visit. You have a lot of food options, but you must try Ammis Vegan Kitchen. It is a must, you won’t be disappointed.

Saskia Browning Really really lovely Indian restaurant. Had the Linner which is great value - a starter, grill, and main (with dhal / paratha / rice incl) all for £30. The fish curry, dhal and paratha were the highlights — so so good. The host was very attentive, kind, and knowledgable too

Max I had dinner at an amazing pizzeria, and I have to say this is the best pizza in London. With its unique recipe, it’s a true gem for pizza lovers. I arrived just before closing, and the owner, with incredible skill, crafted a delicious pizza in just seven minutes. An unforgettable experience!

scv tatler Busy busy busy, queueing on a Sunday evening, before the football game of the ages. This is my favourite chicken shop in the whole town, because their chicken is always fresh, tender and delicious. The batter is tasty and crisp, and the fries are always properly well done. They do fabulous garlic bread with melting cheese on top, as well as numerous pizzas and a variety ofchicken burgers. The staff are friendly, and they serve the tastiest chili sauce Ive had anywhere. I highly recommend this place, but because its very popular, try to come at one of their quieter times to avoid the queues !
