2 /5 Jimmy london: The buisness serves really nice food and I regularly come and buy seekh kebabs as they are freshly cooked. However, the buisness aesthetics are poor, the toilets are dirty and lots of wires hanging. Also on my visit today a bold guy directed me where to sit which is nice to see, however, it was close to the door and as it was cold I desired to sit on the side where I have previously on my visits. The bold guy quite aggressively in my opinion said no, and then I noticed there is two doors so draft wont come in but will make it difficult for those disabilities to come in which is unfair still. Nevertheless, I found the bold guys response a little weired he said we have three doors but I could only see two doors on entry. Im guessing he was referring to the back door but I was referring to front doors where there was clearly only two doors, I guess he was having concentration issues, Nevertheless, I sat and ordered my food. On visit to the toilets I observed screws missing on door handles, the toilets are really poorly cleaned and have no water biday or squat attachment, the wood is being damaged and paint is really poorly done. The girls serving are really friendly and swift in there service. I do feel they could do with uniforms as it is unfair they use there own clothes. I do feel hygeine and aesthetics needs attention even more when Arabic quranic verses are on display, which gives the wrong impression. I do feel better cleaners and staff could be employed and staff sent on skills training to help improve buisness model. It is clear the manager is not carrying out performance development reviews but I will visit soon and hope the bold guy starts to feel better soon and I hope the owners gets him counciling over the concentration of doors issue, there is clearly two doors at the front not three, lol. Buisness owners need to ensure all staff are aware of physical disabilities and hidden disabilities, so conduct, attitude and demeanour is very important. I do believe the bold guy could do with people skills course which may help him. He did move the side table to make a 8 seater rather than a 4 seater, a reserved sign would also prove usefull avoiding issues like this in the future. Alot of work needed to improve.Keep smiling keep working hard more work needed here urgently, but I will still visit for the kebabs lol. Also the poor standards on display is giving the wrong image of pakistan presently, showing unhygienic and not clean, hopefully the owner implements immediate change and improves standards. I also noticed they use plastic bags for takeaways foods instead of paper bags and they dont have filtered water facilities, come on I believe in you, you can do better. Keep working hard and help clean the planet our first home.
