5 /5 AnaCarina: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ella at PizzaExpress was absolutely fantastic! She served us super well — very attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. She took the time to help us understand how the promotion worked on the app, which made everything so much easier. She truly went above and beyond, making sure we had extra plates, all the sauces possible, and that we were comfortable throughout the meal. Excellent customer service — thank you, Ella!

3 /5 SW Cool: Visited Pizza Express recently. The team were friendly and clearly making an effort, though still learning what good customer service really looks like. While we were there, a lady with a walking stick came in to collect her takeaway. She was left standing for quite some time, which felt uncomfortable to witness. It would be a thoughtful touch to offer a seat or have a small waiting area for those who might need it—empathy is such an important part of service. As for the food… it was pretty mediocre. Nothing memorable, and I wouldn’t rush back. Though to be fair, I didn’t try the pizza—maybe that’s their strong suit? If you do go, definitely download their app. There are some great discount offers tucked in there!

5 /5 Nikita Akilapa: These guys always look after us when we come for dinner, it’s such a lovely place to come for a family meal. Kid friendly and food is super tasty. The manager Kahmar is so kind and we love our favourite waiter Ioannis. I just did my 6yo’s party there and they made us feel so super welcome, we will def continue to come back. With the discounts from the app, there is nowhere better to eat as a family in Muswell Hill!

5 /5 Elis Caixeta nascimento: My first time at the Muswell Hill pizza express last night. By far my best experience in pizza express, food great as usual but the service was outstanding. I was served by a young man named Alex who has the charisma and costumer service to just make you wish to come back. 10/10 place, if you’re looking for a relaxing dinner with great staff atmosphere I would highly recommend. For reference I went around 7pm.
