Visited at 7.30 on a Friday evening,great cocktail menu ,we scanned and dutifully waited ,after waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks I queried and was told the online wasnt working ,it worked well enough to take my money and keep me waiting !
The very least they should do is display a notice explaining it wasnt working .
Another 10 minutes and the drinks.arrived,.Airmail watery and rushed , The other one much better .
Communication is key ,if you have an option to scan and order and it doesnt work ,tell people so they can order at the bar .
We were not the only people sitting there looking like someone who has just come in to get warm .
