What Clients Are Saying The Best Broasted Willesden (GG)
1 /5 faz: The hygine here was nasty, chairs were filthy and tables weren’t cleaned properly. The chips were cold and I was disappointed with the spicy chicken, barely any sauce inside and there hardly any skin on the chicken to hold the breadcrumbs (which for me is the best thing). The lamb shawarma had no flavour at all and the wrap tasted greasy.
Honestly glad I got half chicken instead of a full one.
1 /5 SM ALOK: Unfortunately very disappointed. The shawarma was poor quality, badly wrapped and unevenly cooked. The chips were very dark, extremely oily and tasted overcooked, as if fried in old oil. For £18, this is not acceptable and does not reflect good value or quality. I wouldn’t order again.
5 /5 aleemchatur78: Best chicken Ive had in a very long time!! I had the original broasted half chicken and spicy wings. The chicken was fresh and juicy, the coating was fantastically crispy and seasoning was sensational. The chips were crincle cut crisp style and oozed flavour. The wings were spicy, flavourful, juicy and on point! The half chicken and wings (8) was tooich for me and my wife to finish so I took the rest of the wings home for dinner :-) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves fried chicken. Im going to try the Dubai spiced broasted chicken next time and a lot of people while I was there were ordering the shawarmas which I havent tried but love so will review that next time too.
Gio Saponaro Its really a little gem in Cricklewood. Very nice atmosphere, very professional, polite and friendly staff. The service is outstanding and the meals they prepare are very delicious.....the best chips in Londons pub I have enjoyed so far.
Absolutely Highly recommended.
Sal Taste of Fish is one of my favourite seafood spots. The fried and grilled options are both excellent, with generous portion sizes and great value for money especially the big family platters. I really like that they also offer boneless options. My personal favourites are the grilled prawns and the fried sea bass, both full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Definitely my go-to fish place and highly recommended for a visit
Amy D This is an excellent dim sum restaurant where everything is fried or steamed fresh to order. The staff is friendly and the service is on point. Our favorite things so far have been the steamed bean curd roll and the deep fried prawn spring rolls. We also recommend the fried bean curd roll, the pork puff pastry dumpling and the spare ribs. The only thing missing is the red bean sesame ball. This place has quickly become a regular spot and we look forward to trying the traditional Chinese food.
Manjula Thivanka (TMV) The fine Gentleman who runs the place is very kind and brilliant in his service to the customers.
The place gives a home made vibe and meals are in good portions and wonderful in taste. What I need to highlight is the friendly chat we had with the owner where he made us feel more welcome. This would definitely be a must visit cafe if you are in Cricklewood and looking for a place to have a fine meal in the morning.
