While waiting to order, I overheard another customer demanding a discount for an issue from *months* ago. The owner politely explained that problems should be reported within a reasonable time, which is totally fair. It’s clear they work hard to provide great food and honest service. Don’t let the odd unreasonable complaints fool you!

L First time trying this place and i have no complaints. The kebab was on point and chips were good. I’d probably request for salt and vinegar on the chips next time but other than that i thought it hit the standards of what I would say is good kebab and chips! You get decent amount and get salad and bread which is a lot more than other places. Plus it was reasonably priced. The lamb and chicken doner is tasty! The wings I’d say are pretty standard but nothing wrong with them! I’d definitely come back and recommend!

Chelsea Mendham I had a fantastic experience at the Dagenham McDonald’s Yesterday, all thanks to Sana! From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, she was incredibly welcoming and professional. I was asked to park up, and Sana actually brought the food over to my car herself. She had a genuine smile on her face and made sure everything was 100% correct and piping hot. It’s rare to get such high-quality, personal customer service at a drive-thru, but Sana really went above and beyond to make the effort. She’s an absolute credit to the Dagenham team!
