Richard Austin We booked through First Table and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Yaatra were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Each dish—from the starters to the mains and dessert—was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. I’d definitely recommend Yaatra and First Table for anyone looking to enjoy an exceptional dining experience at a great value.

Ushi Nightingale Spectacular food and service. Booked to return before we even left! Portions were generous - the mozzarella sticks were huge! Really recommend the noodles and the delicious crispy chips. The staff were so friendly. We cant wait to return and try more dishes! Edit: we returned for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Huge portions, bottomless sides and absolutely amazing food and service. Second edit: visiting again for the special set menu deal running until middle of Feb and was blown away by the great value this represents for a 3 course meal. The beignets were out of this world. Huge thanks to Thomas who anticipated our every need and provided impeccable service.

Edward Barth This was our first experience at Bengal Brasserie. We ordered take away. Everything was still very hot when I arrived home with the food. We had 1 onion bhaji, 1 lamb samosa, 1 order of the chicken tikka masala, and 1 lamb ginger. Everything was AMAZING! Hard to pick a favorite out of any of them. Though I didnt dine in, the inside of the restaurant was also immaculate. Servers in vests and ties. Tables set perfectly with white tablecloth and red on top. A rose on each table. I arrived a few minutes before my food was ready and had the chance to speak with Abdul, who told me all about the history of the restaurant (open since 1986) which i also greatly enjoyed. All in all amazing first experience and cannot wait to try again!

Rob Photo-Video First time having a toastie here at this mainstay of Newington Green. Delicious, dense homemade bread toasted for ages so the cheese forms a beautiful crust where it spills out. Very very nice. Loyalty card is a good idea. And they sell lots of cheese and loaves. I was served by Olivier, who is very helpful, charming and dedicated to the place where he works!

AS Vehicle Absolutely 5 ⭐️, been passing past here for years whilst out on Recoverys! Food is extremely good with very friendly staff! Great Price, plenty of parking!

Leanne Jeneson Thank you to Toni- Jane and Deni for such fantastic service. We went out for our son’s 12th birthday (his choice) we had a fantastic meal and the service was great. They even surprised him with an ice cream with a candle in and sang happy birthday. He was so pleased thank you again
