Connor Langham The poor reviews of this place are not to be believed. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Meat is tender, sauces extremely flavoursome and the portions plentiful. I live in Brighton and would happily drive to Eastbourne just to eat here.

Stuart Cameron We booked The Ivory Lounge for my 60th birthday celebration for around 70 guests, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Georgina (George) looked after us brilliantly. We had several conversations in the lead‑up to the event to confirm numbers, decorations, welcome drinks and the food to be served on the night. George followed up every discussion with a clear email summary, which gave us real confidence that everything was in hand. We were able to access the venue early to drop off balloons and the cake, which made things much easier. The night itself went by in a blur—in the best possible way—with everyone having a fantastic time. The pianist and then the band were upbeat, lively and great at handling requests. You know you’re onto a winner when the dance floor fills up early and stays busy all night (right up until 2am!). Drinks were what I’d consider standard London prices, which feels fair for a music lounge in Reigate. I’d thoroughly recommend The Ivory Lounge if you’re looking for a vibrant venue with a live‑band, jukebox‑style atmosphere. A brilliant night all round.

Amy B We are currently staying at the Hyatt Place. The food in both Sotto Cucina Bar and Pocket Square is remarkable. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail and the flavours are beautiful. All the staff are attentive and helpful. Our breakfast beauty Daniel is genuinely one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Such a flair for hospitality and clearly loves what he does. We really felt it should be recognised. Thank you Daniel for making our morning memorable and for the amazing service and smiles! Highly recommend a stay here and you will not be disappointed with the choice of food and the excellent customer service.

Lina Tee I recently attended a wedding anniversary celebration here and it was the perfect venue for the occasion. Food was lovely including the presentation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue itself was the perfect atmosphere and size. We had access to the rooftop and this was great for us to sit upstairs and enjoy drinks The sound system was really good and both Terry and the lovely Cindy were great and took really good care of us.

Hijjy Alaz We had dinner for 4, was absolutely delicious, prawns were crispy and juicy, sweet potatoe mash was very creamy, loved it. Everyone loved their dish, thanks guys

Sarah McCaffrey Melissa served me and I am on a stick and she told me to sit down and she would bring my coffee and sandwich to me she was so nice and polite and even though the weather was gloomy outside Melissa brightened our day.
