Fabio Salimbeni We’ve been there for our anniversary, I asked for something special and they definitely delivered! They set a table in a nice location of the restaurant, they put peals on the table and they welcomed us by taking our coats and giving us a glass of Prosecco! The menu is big enough to satisfy every request. We ordered one starters each and a main course each and everything was delicious. They completed the celebrations for us by putting our desserts on a special plate with a song for the moment. The waiters were very nice and took good care of us! We really recommend this place!

To finish, the apple and strawberry crumble was a real highlight. The fruit was sweet and gently tangy, balanced perfectly by a golden, crumbly topping that added just the right amount of texture. It was a delightful and indulgent end to a fantastic meal. Overall, this three-course Christmas dinner was comforting, flavoursome, and thoughtfully prepared — a truly enjoyable festive treat that left everyone feeling content and well cared for.

Daniel Morris One of the best roast dinners they have done . Even though before they were ok it was So much better today. The vegetables ;had much more flavour and much better than the previous offerings the pub used to do which was normally just plain chopped carrots and cabbage quite tasteless before. Much much better .

Amanda Spratley-Playle Brilliant pub, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely atmosphere. Feels like stepping into the traditional pub you want to step into, bursting with character. Oh and the drinks were good too! We had two yummy sausage rolls & several pints. Thoroughly recommend!

NPC Helen’s Kitchen is an absolute gem. I had the banh mi and it was incredible. Perfectly crisp bread, fresh crunchy veg, loads of flavour, and beautifully seasoned meat. Every bite was spot on. PORK BELLY BANH MI IS A MUST TRY! The staff are SUPER friendly, cosy atmosphere, feels like you’re entering to eat at someone’s home, and food that genuinely stands out. So happy this place is local. Unfortunately the limit is only 5 stars, it definitely deserves 10 and more!!
