Raj B ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at The Italian Taste. Everything was fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. Stumbled across this place as we were in the area. We had the Penne Verdi, lasagne, Pollo Milanese, and garlic bread with mozzarella, and every single dish was delicious. You can really taste the care that goes into the food and you know they use high quality produce. We were served by Mario who was fantastic throughout. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, tasty Italian food. I’ll definitely be back.

Dudhwade Santosh (Santy) I visited this place today with my family of four, and it has easily become my top choice for Indian food in the UK. Everything stood out—the authentic taste, warm ambience, and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for truly authentic Indian cuisine. For me, it’s right at the top of the chart for dining in. Even the masala tea was outstanding and instantly reminded me of home in Karnataka. An absolutely wonderful experience overall!

Evie Groves Hadn’t booked a table but after a very warm greeting was shown to a lovely cosy table. Waitress was lovely and polite. Recommended a couple of things off the menu. Love the decor. The new owner introduced himself and you can see he’s put his heart and soul into this new business. Very nice vibe. Food was delicious. The lamb was like butter. Melted in your mouth. Delicious olives. Great service. As a local I will be back and back again. Good luck and many thanks.

Angel Dan This is our second time at this nice, small pizzeria. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even when they are very busy. The food is really tasty and worth the price. It is now our favourite restaurant in Surbiton! We want to give a special thanks to the, Ioana. She is very kind and pays great attention to the customers. Paul H We had a fantastic evening at Koyal. The restaurant offers a different touch of sophisticated Indian dining experience but still at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend trying out one of their special cocktails. The Kid Goat Methi Keema starter was the absolute standout—tender, perfectly spiced, and full of depth, the Muntjac Dum Biryani was to die for. Because the chefs come from a Michelin-star background (Gymkhana), the flavors are incredibly refined and layered. It’s a joy to have this level of regional, Himalayan-inspired gastronomy right here in Surbiton. You get Mayfair-quality food without the need to trek into Central London. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore "proper" Indian cooking!

Mike Rupp We have been there yesterday for the first time. We were warmly welcomed, and the gentleman took our order swiftly. They also asked if we wanted some papadoums ( hope I spelled it right) as appetisers. Food took a bit to arrive which is a very good sign as it’s freshly cooked. Food was very good and portions generous. The staff wasn’t pushy like you find so often in restaurants and ask if all is ok. We could hear a couple which comes to this restaurant over 10 years and that mean something! Everything is reasonably priced and not to expensive. We definitely would come back as their menu is rather big. Only one thing I would suggest. Why not play a bit of calming Indian music in the background to enhance the atmosphere?Once again thank you very much to the team!!!
