5 /5 Leah Cerexhe: recently visited Bella Italia and had a wonderful dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Fabiana, was incredibly attentive and made excellent recommendations from the menu. I decided to try the carbonara, and it was absolutely delicious – creamy, rich, and perfectly cooked. The service was prompt and friendly, and Fabiana checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I cant wait to return. I highly recommend Bella Italia, and be sure to ask for Fabiana; she truly enhanced our dining experience!

Nothing felt rushed, and she made sure we were comfortable and well looked after the entire time. Her friendly attitude and calm, caring manner really made the experience special. 5 /5 Big Papasito: I had a great experience at Bella Italia Croydon/Purley. My server, Aimee, was exceptional — amazing customer service from start to finish. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, and her polite, friendly attitude really made the visit stand out. Couldn’t complain about a single thing. The food was also amazing. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Nala nala: I visit this place regularly and Kasia is one of the reasons I keep coming back. She is always kind, attentive, and very helpful. She really looks after her customers and creates such a lovely atmosphere every time. Excellent service!

5 /5 Vyella Ella: Kasia was an absolutely outstanding server. She constantly came and checked on us and she got us our food and drink very quickly. Food were delicious and will be coming back with more friends and family. She definitely deserves a pay rise and maybe promotion!!!
