4 /5 Cameron Purdon: Visited Busaba at Westfield London recently and had a pleasant overall experience. The restaurant has a really cozy atmosphere with a nice vibe — it’s lively without feeling overwhelming, making it a good spot to catch up with friends or have a relaxed meal after shopping.
The service was friendly and fairly efficient, and the restaurant itself is well laid out with the communal tables giving it a social feel.
The food was decent but didn’t quite stand out. The flavours were good and the dishes were nicely presented, but overall it felt a bit average compared to other Thai spots in London. Nothing was bad, it just didn’t quite have that “wow” factor.
That said, the ambience and comfortable setting make it a nice place to visit, especially if you’re already in Westfield. A solid option for a casual meal with a good atmosphere.
