Franciska Schmoll I really enjoyed the vibe, even from the outside, which is what prompted me to come and try Popolo. I just walked past and thought it looked super cosy and had a great looking menu. The kitchen is right there and I really enjoyed being able to see how the staff manage to create some simple but beautiful food. Cant go wrong with any of the dishes and it all made for a very lovely evening. They recommend 5-6 of the dishes if you are sharing between 2 people, we had 5 and that was a good amount. Vaibhav Naik Very nice ambiance, impeccable service and succulent food. We celebrated a birthday here with family and we had an absolutely wonderful time at Mint Leaf, London. Aloo Tikki Chaat, Paneer Tikka & Chicken Tikka were the best starters we have had. The mojitos and lassi were delicious to go with the starters. For mains we had Bhindi, Koftas, Daal Bukhara & Lamb Nihari. Their garlic naan and butter naan were crunchy, buttery and delicious. Thanks to the staff for very attentive and impeccable service.

A Ferna Probably one of the best meals Ive had this year. Before you even decide what you are going to try you get three little appetisers which get you excited for the rest of the meal to come. We tried the tasting menu and it didnt disappoint. Each dish was expertly plated and beyond delicious (this includes the warm freshly baked bread.) My favourite was the tuna tartare but all of the dishes were wonderful. The service is attentive and well timed; the pace is relaxed without feeling drawn out. You never feel rushed when eating there is an attention to detail that makes dining here special.

Rhea Che For our team dinner we went with Yauatcha City and it certainly lived up to the hype. We chose the tasting menu and honestly every dish seemed to be trying to outshine the previous one. The service was warm and the setting looked stunning. It was fairly busy, although that only made us feel even more pleased with our choice. All in all, a brilliant evening and very easy to enjoy.

R We tried almost everything on the menu. The food was mostly delicious with a good mix of Spanish and Japanese flavours. The standouts were the crystal prawn tempura, Suffolk pork chop, Rubia Gallega steak, and the miso yuzu cheesecake. I do think a few of the dishes were a bit lacking in flavour and quality however. Service was great - the staff were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant space itself is elegant and well-decorated

Patrick Carr Right. The food is spectacular. If you can, try and sit at the bar where amazing Fatou is a waitress. She made genuinely stonkingly good recommendations that were perfect in terms of what we were looking for at lunch. She also looked after us so well. Wagyu gyoza (prepare to fight whoever you’re with for them), snow crab (my wife loved), JFC (my fave, get the spicy version). The chocolate and citrus mizumono dessert is also very special. My Mrs isn’t bothered about anything chocolate-y but thought it was great. I’m a choco-holic and agreed. PS - Electric Diner (just across the room) is great too. Chicken Waffles in on Friday ace. PPS - Stick around and go to the main Ned bar. They play really great live music in the evenings, on the stage (see pics).
