3 /5 Yaman DoÄźan: Based on recommendations from several friends, I decided to try Dinings SW3 for dinner. I had the chance to sample most of the menu during my visit.
The first dish I tried was the chips with tuna tartare, which was easily the highlight of the evening and the best thing I ate that day.
We then moved on to the hand rolls. While the fish was clearly fresh, and yuzu sauce was exceptional, the sushi rice really didn’t work for me. In my opinion, altering such a classic element felt unnecessary.I would have recommended a normal sushi rice.
The prawn tempura roll was average and didn’t particularly stand out.
I also tried the udon. While the noodles themselves were fresh and well made, I didn’t find the overall dish to be successful in terms of flavor balance and harmony.
The wagyu burgers had excellent buns, but unfortunately the patty itself wasn’t juicy enough and didn’t leave a strong impression in terms of flavor.
On a more positive note, the service was outstanding. The staff managed to strike a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, which genuinely enhanced the experience.
As for the pricing, I found it to be extremely high, and overall I didn’t feel that the experience justified the amount I paid.
