Eloise Wardlaw This was my second visit, and both times have been exceptional. The service is friendly without being overbearing, and impressively efficient. The chefs skill and attention to detail shows in every dish. Each level of flavour is carefully considered and beautifully balanced, with nothing feeling rushed or careless. Consistently high-quality food and a restaurant that clearly takes pride in what it does. I can’t wait to go back next month!

Janine Williams First time visiting and the White Swan didnt disappoint. We ordered a variety of dishes and every single one of them was delicious. The staff were attentive and service was on point. Were a family of six and sat on a rectangular table that was sectioned off making it even more special, next time wed like to reserve the circular table just to make sharing the dishes easier. Overall we all had a lovely time and the food was very reasonably price too. We will definitely be back.

Natalie Khoo Such a lovely brunch spot in Brighton! The interiors are super cute and give the place a really cosy, welcoming vibe. The food was great and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a nice, relaxed brunch.
