1 /5 VAIDE HUSKY: Went in for some quick food and it wasn’t the best was actually quite nasty. Got a half pounder with chips and a drink that cost me £8.80. Most kebab shops if you could even call this place that use good quality burgers this place was cheap and tasted off cardboard. When I ordered I asked for no cheese even the man asked if I wanted cheese witch I said no thank you when I got my food he told me he gave me cheese. Which I didn’t appreciate and no option for a meal everything was separate burger chips and a drink. Really bad place would not go again go somewhere else if you can

5 /5 caroline whittle: I have ordered from Golden Grill loads of times...the delievery is always quick, the food is pipping hot when it arrives, the staff have always been so polite. the food is good I either order doner kebabs or cheese burger meal im never disappointed. I think they quite good value for money also...after reading the reviews I was quite shocked, Ive never had a problem ..I have been eating from here for about 4-5years.

5 /5 Mujtaba Dewji: Went in for a place to eat already had brought a sandwich. Brother was very kind and let me and friend eat in the restaurant. We then ordered a hot chocolate which was surprisingly very good compared to cafe standard. The price for one is much cheaper than an average hot chocolate and the size was very generous. 1 /5 Priya Maini: Food ordered tonight: Medium chicken shish- 4 small pieces of chicken, zero flavour, lettuce, onions and chillis = £12 1/2 lb burger - soaked in fat (not grilled), one small blob of chilli sauce, fat soaked onions and a bun too soaked in grease to even hold = £7.40 Small chips - burnt and inedible = £3.65 Tub of garlic sauce - no idea as the rest was inedible = 80p Called Golden Grill and they blamed the Uber driver! He didnt cook the food and over charge! No refund given and terrible service overall. Stay away as this is possibly the worst takeaway in West Drayton. Google please add an option for 0 stars as this "establishment" is first in the queue.

5 /5 Murtadha Kadhim: Very friendly and always accommodating staff. Food is great. Edit: They recently switched to a Turkish mangal instead of the old gas grill and the kebabs have jumped to a new level. They did have some incompetant staff a few months back in Nov-Dec 2021 but they have since left and service has improved substantially since. Any that may have had bad experiences should definitely give it another chance. Their food recently looks amazing. Theyve added wraps and are in the process of adding chicken wings too.
