I will break it down into categories and make a review based on £10.99 buffet.I only had Chinese and Thai food this time. The following review is Asian approved. Food variety- More variety to choose from in Chinese section. I didn’t see much in Indian or other Italian dishes. Taste-Pork in black bean sauce and pork ribs were my favorites. Spring rolls and Noodles were also tasty. I enjoyed Tofu and Chinese cabbage. Way better than London’s Chinese buffet restaurant. This one is legit. Sushi- rice is good but the taste is bare minimum. Soup- only corn soup is available. I wish they put more for soup . Fruits and desserts- they are really nice. I loved their cakes and ice-cream. Dinner buffet would be pricier but comes in more variety than the lunch one. Restaurant size and decoration- it is bigger inside than it looks outside. Cleaneliness- they keep it very clean with very often cleaning at the food station. Overall, You will definitely get what you paid for. The taste is not blend at all for Chinese food. I don’t know about the rest. Some place might sell this for £15. Make a reservation one day in advance to avoid 20min-long walk-in queue .

5 /5 XL Zhang: Great buffet with a wide mix of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai and Malaysian dishes, most of which are genuinely tasty. We’ve been three times now and the quality has been consistently good. Our favourites are the Sichuan spicy fish and the braised beef brisket. The desserts are also nice without being oily or heavy. Overall, one of the better Asian buffets we’ve tried in the UK, and certainly better than Cosmo.

5 /5 UK Fan: Newly opened buffet restaurant. From my experience, a perfect place to relax and enjoy an (eat as much as you can) meal. There are around a hundred of dishes to choose from, including Japanese cuisine like sushi, Chinese, Southeast Asian, Indian, Italian, and other Southern European cuisines, all of which are delicious. Teppanyaki is also available on demand, featuring steak, squid, salmon, king prawns, and more. The chefs cooking is exceptional. Theres also a wide variety of desserts, including a chocolate fountain, perfect for a dessert feast. The environment is very comfortable, clean. The staff I’ve met are nice and friendly.

4 /5 Dean Hayes: We tried Hans Buffet in Basingstoke for lunch today. The food was ok overall. Lunch choices were a little limited, but for the price it wasn’t too bad. Most dishes tasted nice, although the curries and sauces were far too watery and could really do with being thicker. The crispy pork pancakes, spring rolls and little curry samosas were highlights. The desserts were underwhelming, although the mini cakes did have good flavour. Drinks were reasonable, and the bottomless Pepsi was a plus. Service was great, with very welcoming staff, and plates were cleared quickly every time we had finished. We had booked in advance which meant we skipped the very long queue at opening time. The tables are placed extremely close together, so the frequent trips back to the buffet felt a bit like a Krypton Factor obstacle course. The atmosphere was good, lively but not noisy. The food options were mainly Chinese and Indian, with a few standard extras like chips and onion rings. If you have fussy kids, it might not be the best choice as the selection leans heavily toward Asian dishes. Overall, not bad for a budget lunch option, with a few standout dishes and great service, but there is definitely room to improve variety and quality.

5 /5 Vikki - Journals & Crafts: Went on a Thursday night 7pm, no queues - perfect time to go! Great food, lots of staff replenishing and tidying up, emptying plates from the table. Excellent service! Lots of food to choose from.
