5 /5 Stu: Brilliant service Ellie was amazing we went on the 13/11/25 at 14:30 she really looked after us and the service was very efficient and informative. My wife went to order chicken tacos & Ellie asked if she understood it was vegetarian which she hadn’t appreciated so changed her order. Good customer intelligence and exceptional attention to our needs. My steak was cooked perfectly My wife had a chicken burger and it was brilliant. The salad bar was great as-well. We didn’t have any room for pudding as main meal portion size was generous. Thankyou a lovely meal we will be back again. Service

5 /5 Gill Austin: Really lovely family meal today. There were 8 of us & although the restaurant was quite busy, we were served promptly. All the meals arrived together & were piping hot. So often not the case when there a a few of you. Rhydian was the perfect server. Polite & cheerful & nothing was too much trouble.

2 /5 Eggs Dad: Visited on a quiet Tuesday evening and unfortunately the experience didn’t get off to a great start. There were no staff visible to greet guests, and the couple in front of us eventually seated themselves after waiting some time without acknowledgement. Our waitress was lovely and friendly, which was a real positive. However, the salad bar was extremely disappointing. Several items were empty, including carrot, lettuce, sauces and bread, and they remained that way for quite some time. When I politely asked a member of the kitchen team about replenishing the carrot, I was abruptly told to “put the container back, someone is doing it.” After sitting for around 45 minutes, many of the items were still not restocked. I’m a regular at Harvester and usually have good experiences, but on this occasion the restaurant really let the brand down.

5 /5 Mikolaj Szypkowski: We got seated in a nice secluded area for our date, it was nice and quiet away from people, Emily our waitress was really nice and sweet and accommodating and patient with us and got us everything we needed/wanted. Overall a great experience! (Peas were overcooked but thats just being picknickety)

2 /5 Toni Cahill: I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent visit to Harvester – The Hawth Park Inn was extremely disappointing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The phone rang out loud for what felt like forever, disrupting the atmosphere and making it hard to relax. Dirty tables were left uncleared for over an hour, which created an unpleasant impression of the restaurant’s cleanliness and overall standards. Our own table was not cleared between courses, and I had to ask twice for cutlery, which really shouldn’t happen at a well-established chain like Harvester. The entire restaurant felt dirty and in urgent need of a deep clean, from the floors to the sticky menus. To make matters worse, I ordered the same main meal as my partner, but mine arrived without the fries. When we mentioned it to the server, there was no apology or urgency in correcting the mistake. Our starters were also missing the advertised sauces, and again, no one seemed particularly bothered. The salad bar – usually a highlight – was empty and filthy, with bits of old food scattered around and no clean bowls or fresh options available. Overall, this visit left a lot to be desired. I’ve had good experiences at other Harvester branches, but this location really needs urgent attention – both in terms of cleanliness and staff training. Sadly, I won’t be returning any time soon.
