5 /5 Rafhaan Shah: Lovely Sri Lankan restaurant tucked away inside the station. I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb rolls which were made fresh and was hot and crispy with a good amount of filling. Really nice friendly service and great value.

4 /5 Q J.: A hidden gem in Canary Wharf station. I am always a fan of Sri Lanka food, and came here to try. The ordering is pretty straightforward, just line up and tell the staff what you want. I ordered the PARATHA box with mums chicken. The curry wasn’t very spicy, it is with coconut milk base. The taste is so good and everything is yummy however I found the portion is quite small. I am a girl and I didn’t feel I had enough after the meal. They make the kothu roti at restaurant freshly. I will make sure I order that next time. 4/5 star due to the small portion. Every thing else is great, taste, service, etc.

5 /5 Owain Arthur: We hired Karapincha to cater our wedding and were delighted with how it went We found everyone to be extremely easy to work with throughout, and on the big day everything went perfectly without a hitch Darshini and the team helped us create a menu that suited our taste and our budget spot-on - serving canapés and small bites to start, then lunch and dinner too, and signature tea and coffee too. Everything was delicious. Some friends told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had! We would recommend Karapincha to anyone who likes authentic, delicious Sri Lankan food for their party, and we can’t wait to go visit their restaurant again in Canary Wharf

1 /5 CamberSands: I got a takeaway today at around 13:30. Ordered fried rice with devil chicken. As other reviews have mentioned, the portion size is extremely small and not suitable for an adult. The fried rice was extremely cold, hard and undercooked. The chicken was burnt and completely inedible. I paid £10.50 for this awful food which is unacceptable for the quality and portion size. Very disappointing experience! Please avoid this place!

The lovely Indian lady from Chennai who prepared and served the food was so polite and sweet, which made the visit even more special. If you’re craving authentic desi street food, this hidden gem right at Canary Wharf underground is the perfect spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a taste of home with warm hospitality!
