j An easy five stars. Decent food, excellent value, efficient service, friendly people. Theres a big old menu to choose from with all sorts of options, but the thing I like best about the Comodor is that if you get a jacket potato you get to choose two fillings - or more for a supplement (theres a similar arrangement for toasties and paninis). And theres a lot of great stuff to choose from. Smoked salmon and avocado jacket potato? Yes please! It was as good as it sounds.

Peter Nguyen Got my wife a wrap at Blackheath Farmers Market to try something new. She gave me a nibble and I had to stop myself pinching the rest of it - tender, moist chicken with a new type of flavour profile to me - minty, fragrant, and spicy. Will buy again next time we see them

Aidan Magson We went to the Ivy Canterbury for lunch on a Friday. We had the avocado puree, sourdough bread and arancini as appetizers, it was all very good food. We had the cheese souffle and duck salad as starters. The duck salad was excellent, I would get this again. I couldnt help but think the cheese souffle was too similar to an omelette to be called anything else. For mains we ate scallop and prawn linguine and the Moroccan chicken. We were actually full before we even got to the mains, but the mains were lovely. We had Fiona serve us and couldnt have asked for better service, she was attentive and polite, every course came out in a timely manner. We also had two lagers each and a still water for the table. Overall, the meal was worth what we paid but you get what you pay for at this restaurant, I would go back again to try some of the other options on the menu.

Osbornes Estate Agents We had our Christmas party at Borellis on the 20/12/25 and we were really well looked after. The chef came out to check on us numerous times, the server was great also. It was our second year there celebrating our Christmas party. The food was great along with the cocktails and drinks. Would highly recommend.
