1 /5 Mark mckenzie: Terrible. I ordered on uber eats. They use their own drivers which means you cannot track them. The app said it was 20 mins away, which is the only reason I ordered with them. Its now an hour and a half later and nothing. Worst of all they do not pick up their phone, it just keeps saying that the line is busy. I dont know if this is even a real take away. Update: it finally arrived. I checked the receipt, I placed the order at 12:36, it arrived at 14:48. The eta was 20 minutes. All I got was chips, garlic bread and a coke and it was £19.88 and cold. I know it was expensive for what i actually got but, i was stuck at work and youre paying for convenience, or so I thought. I asked the driver if I can get a refund as I had actually been relieved at work and I no longer needed it but he just began acting confused and said i should call the restaurant which I did in front of him to prove that the number they give out, does not get answered. 23 unanswered calls. Please do not order from these guys.

5 /5 Nur Alam Akand: I had a great experience at Neptune Kings Burger Fish & Chips. The pizza was absolutely delicious – soft, fluffy stuffed crust, rich sauce, and plenty of cheese and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Portion size was generous and value for money. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely one of the best spots for takeaway. Will order again!

1 /5 GioCalic: Honestly do not order from here, i placed an order for 2 fish and chips and 2 sides - took 3 hours for the food to come. Keep it at that point mate, I was asleep by then and got it fully refunded where actually I just wanted to eat before bed. And the phone numbers do not work so there is no communication that your food might be a little late or that it might be on the way. Honestly horrible service and with those prices Im surprised theyre still open, you can definitely tell the owner / workers do not care and just want to make a quick buck.

1 /5 siraj liyakathali: I wish there was a way to give MINUS STARS because genuinely horror service and food. Order took 3hrs to arrive when I live 10 min drive away. ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG AND FROZEN COLD. I’m certain my pie from Sainsburys which was in the freezer was warmer. Do not go even if it’s the last restaurant in this country.

1 /5 Amy Curtis: So sick of getting stale food from this place. The fish and battered sausages are cooked hours before or most likely the day before and then are just stuck under the heat lamp. Genuinely couldn’t even eat my food today. Shouldn’t have to ask for food to just be ATLEAST made fresh and edible, when it’s coming from a basic chicken and chip shop that calls themselves an actual fish and chip shop. The fish and chips are terrible, and more expensive than some proper costal chippys I’ve been too. STOP SERVING STALE INEDIBLE FOOD.
