5 /5 Eunika Okolo: I visited Llerena Spanish Tapas Bar & Restaurant on a Sunday evening 21st December and had a really lovely experience. It wasn’t too busy, which made the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. The waitress was genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the start. The food arrived in good time and was absolutely delicious — clearly made with care. A real highlight of the evening was the live music: a guitarist playing beautiful, mellow tunes that added so much charm without overpowering conversation. The restaurant itself is small and intimate. Our two-person table was positioned quite close to another table and slightly in the way, which I imagine could be a bit tricky on a busier night — but thankfully it wasn’t an issue for us at all. We ended up spending around three hours there (from 6–9pm) catching up with a friend and were the last ones to leave. Despite that, we never felt rushed, which was really appreciated and speaks volumes about the hospitality. Overall, a cosy spot with great food, lovely staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

5 /5 North Sales: I had a lovely experience at this Spanish restaurant in London. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that made it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The tapas were authentic and full of flavour especially the secreto iberico and jamón ibérico. The service was attentive without being intrusive thanks to Stephanie, and the wine selection complemented the dishes beautifully. Definitely a great spot if youre craving a true taste of Spain in the heart of Islington. Definitely I ll be back

5 /5 Matteo Veleno: We had a dream dinner last night. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. We started with the little spicy banderitas which were to die for, and we continued with a selection of tapas: jamon iberico, croquetas, pan artisan with olive oil, octopus, tortillas, patata bravas, ensalada, pan con tomate, spicy banderitas, chorizo al vino… finished off with desserts and everything was absolutely perfect. We didn’t have to wait too long to be served and for the food to arrive. In terms of drinks we had a few Estrella Galicia 1906 which were really good (but can’t wait to come back to try the wine too). The staff on the night was attentive, genuine and warm. Frankly I cannot praise and recommend this place enough and hope to come back very soon. This a genuine gem in the heart of Islington.

The food is outstanding, especially the gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns) and the octopus, which was cooked to perfection—just like back home. ​The service was also top-notch. Stephanie took great care of us and was incredibly professional and friendly. I also want to mention José, who recommended the place to me; he was absolutely right, it’s a gem! If you want a genuine taste of Spain with a warm atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!"
