5 /5 Preet Jhuti: My review is slightly delayed but I still wanted to make an effort to produce a review because we had such an excellent experience. It was my son’s 4th birthday and the staff and management made such a lovely effort to make the evening very special for him. The food was excellent (my children are OBSESSED with the butter chicken from here) and the service, equally as amazing. The manager of the restaurant provides such a beautiful personal service and we have been lucky to meet him previously at another branch of Madhu’s. The service he provides is so far above any expectations that we will follow him to his next branch of Madhu’s. Definitely very highly recommended by our family!

5 /5 Acqua Man: From the moment you step into Madhu’s Brasserie Richmond, you know you’re in for something special. As you walk past the open kitchen, you’re greeted by the warm smiles of the chefs, busy preparing absolutely delicious dishes yet still taking a moment to acknowledge guests with genuine friendliness. It immediately sets the tone for a welcoming and vibrant dining experience. The food itself was outstanding. Everything we ordered was fresh, authentic, and full of flavour. The Thali, in particular, was an excellent choice. It was beautifully presented, generous, and a perfect way to enjoy a variety of dishes crafted with real care. What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was the way Manoj looked after us. He went above and beyond in every possible way. He very patiently explained the entire menu in detail, helping us understand each dish and guiding us towards the best choices. His recommendation of the Thali was absolutely spot‑on, and he also suggested some outstanding desserts that rounded off our meal perfectly. Before seating us, Manoj thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed our table with antibacterial spray, something we deeply appreciated, especially in current times. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests made us feel completely at ease. It’s rare to encounter service this thoughtful and attentive. The restaurant itself is spotless, clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. Combined with the outstanding food and exceptional service, it’s easy to see why Madhu’s Brasserie stands out. We will definitely be returning regularly, and for anyone searching for an outstanding Indian restaurant, look no further. In both taste and value, Madhu’s Brasserie Richmond surpasses the competition with ease.

5 /5 Vengal Rao Eppa: One of the best places to eat in Richmond. My third visit, and the service is always warm, friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh, authentic, and full of flavour. Highly recommend the Palak Patta Chaat, Juicy kebabs, and dal makhani. They’ll also serve mocktails on request, even though they’re not on the menu. Monoj deserves a special mention for his friendly service.

5 /5 Gwendoline: Brought my mum here for her 90th birthday! Had a wonderful experience from the moment we set foot in the door, to leaving. Manoj, the manager and crew were so thoughtful, polite, respectful and accommodating. The food excellent and even the chutneys are made in their kitchen. The added surprise of a special birthday treat brought out by all the staff! Manoj, waiting crew and all the chefs! And they all sang to mum Happy Birthday! It made my mums special day and was a lovely end to a memorable and auspicious occasion! Thank you all!

4 /5 Akib Mahmood: First off, the service was impeccable. I had the Iftar menu, and it was more than plenty for one person. The starters were perfectly cooked and delicious. For the mains, I would highly recommend the makhni daal, prawn curry, and murgh makhni. The lamb curry was a bit bland, and the chicken biryani was a little dry, which was disappointing. The raita and pilau rice were tasty. The dessert was also good. The atmosphere was nice and chilled out, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them for the complimentary dates, olives, and rooh afza milk to open our fast with, as well as making room in the office to pray Maghrib. Overall, it was a very solid 8.5/10. Would definitely go again.
