4 /5 Jack Hardy: Came for lunch. Had pork ramen and got gyoza for my toddler.
Ramen noodles were top; broth on the sweet side; pork wonderfully thin and tender.
Staff were excellent.
Kirin ichiban (the first, the best) on tap always gets me through the door and it was poured Japanese style with the micro foamy top.
My 3-year old toddler was welcomed, though if you’re not comfy with them on a stool then maybe avoid. Also he got small chopsticks not a spoon.
Decor and kitchen very chique in a stainless steel kind of way.
Unfortunately we were a bit cold - they had the air con on despite the cold outside so we kept our coats on.
Also I have to remove a star because the toilet was out of service without prior warning - after a pint and a bowl of soup we were caught short.
I’d try the udon and karaage if I came again
