1 /5 Emma Smith: My experience at Mineiro Village during their Sunday breakfast service was profoundly unsatisfactory and, without exaggeration, one of the worst I have ever had in a dining establishment.
The concept of the venue suggests a certain standard of quality and hospitality, particularly for a Sunday breakfast offering. However, what I encountered fell significantly below acceptable standards. The food lacked the care, flavour and presentation one would reasonably expect from a restaurant positioning itself in this manner.
The service was equally concerning. The staff displayed a clear lack of cordiality, attentiveness and professionalism. At no point did I feel welcomed or valued as a customer. There appeared to be little interest in ensuring that guests had a pleasant and comfortable experience.
The overall atmosphere, combined with the staff’s demeanour, created an environment that felt uncomfortable rather than inviting — far removed from what should be an enjoyable and relaxing Sunday occasion.
I share this feedback so that others may approach with caution. A proper dining experience should reflect quality, respect for customers and professional standards — regrettably, these elements were not present on this occasion.
