Damo From DDJ When here for a Valentines Day meal. The staff were excellent and the food was amazing. Very attentive to the customer indeed. You can see all the way into the kitchen and the professionalism from the chefs was inspiring to witness. A busy service expertly executed by all involved! Tasty food, wonderful atmosphere and staff are top notch!

Laura We are loving the addion of not just the Alpine bar but the Alpine bar menu too! We popped in yesterday as we saw that the menu now has some sandwiches available. We had the Christmas club sandwich; turkey, melted brie, cranberry sauce, stuffing and a pig in blanket - it was absolutely delicious! And felt like excellent value for money. Please, please, please, Cliff house, would you consider having some sandwiches available on your menu when the Alpine bar closes. Wonderful smiling and welcoming staff and just a pleasure to visit. So much so, weve booked a table for Friday evening for some live music. A great visit and looking forward to tomorrow for both food and the live music.

Joanna Kucharczyk We enjoyed eating at the Reading Room last night. The whole experience was amazing. It wasn’t our first time there, so I’m happy the standard is consistently high. The food was delicious and looked beautiful. The staff were very professional and although they were always nearby, it didn’t feel awkward. The dinner finished with a really sweet, personal touch - couple of chocolates on a plate with a sign „happy anniversary”. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Fowad Daud Amazing food for a very good price. Im from Canada and I came here in 2020 and I remember being blown away, so I knew when I came back to London, I had to have it again. It 100% lived upto the hype and was just as good as I remembered. Came here multiple times during my visit, brought my family, everyone loved it. Highly recommend

Ryan J Dalton Ive lived in Highgate for 10 years & eaten many roasts in the area, but I have to say that the roast at The Wrestlers far out done any I had eaten previously. For starters, the service here is top-notch. Friendly, relaxed but professional & chatty. Then the roast itself was worth the money, which, again, was on the cheaper side for the area. Our party had the lamb, chicken ; beef & each eas cooked perfectly with a decent portion of veg, gravy & sauce. Most pubs in the area ask for £24+ for a roast, whereas here, its maximum £20 & the quality is way better. Id return here for the food or just a pint any day of the week.

Maria Mathews 5 star service and incredibly welcoming Italian restaurant. A local gem with a wonderful ambiance and a fantastic selection of food. We were dining with our baby and the owner offered to look after her so we could dine with two hands (note we had refused the high chair also offered!) Its wonderful having such a warm and welcoming experience, we will of course be back (irrespective of babysitting service). Thank you so much!
