1 /5 elena Vasilyeva: Not so Soft play, my child hurt himself on cable tie wrapped around every post with sharp bits sticking out. 23£ for 2 kids and hardly anything to do, all dated. Older lady at reception very uninviting and grumpy, why bother working at kids place? Also me being able to understand her language, was interesting to hear her moan in a rude way to her colleague abt bunch of kids sitting eating meals they paid for, she wasn’t happy they were sat at long table. But instead of politely saying it to parents, she decided to be terrible in her language to a colleague. There r Much better places out there to spend your cash

1 /5 Amber Millington: I visited for the first time today with my 10 month old. The woman on reception was very unhelpful when we arrived, I had to prise the information about the soft play out of her. It’s very expensive compared to other soft play centres at £8 per child (under 2) and £3 per adult. All there is for under 2s is a ball pit. Unfortunately the older children kept jumping in the baby ball pit so we couldn’t even use that area after a while. The cost and the limited activities for under 2s is not clear on the website, if mentioned at all. The soft play area for the older children looks good though. I definitely won’t be going again and do not recommend it to anyone with young children, I would wait until they’re over 5 to be able to enjoy it safely.

5 /5 Elena Koukkoullis: We hired N20 for my daughter’s birthday private party on Sunday night. The staff were absolutely amazing and did a great job with themed decorations and food. I highly recommend this place for birthday parties!

1 /5 khushee vyas: Extremely rude staff and unhelpful manager as well. I had a bad experience here. My friend’s child was autistic and they showed no empathy or kindness to towards the kid and unnecessarily created a huge mess when the kid was just being a kid and playing around. Very rude staff and seem like they are racist and are not willing to offer good service to non white people. We are regular customers but this was our last visit.

1 /5 Albina Kamberaj: I had my child’s birthday recently and was disappointed. The staff was rude and no helpful. They not inform properly the client. They had me all the time to speak with me something about their fault and I didn’t enjoyed my child’s party and respect our guests. Also they cut our birthday cake with dirty knife from their previous cake and start all my guests to tell me and didn’t eat the cake.
