2 /5 Chandra Cs: I visited this Nando’s for the first time and ordered wings, liver, and boneless thighs — all of which were quite good. However, the Great Imitator wrap was disappointing; it had an unusual smell and an off taste. I mentioned this to the staff member, Iwona, who assured me everything was freshly prepared but didn’t seem to acknowledge my concern. As a result, I left the wrap untouched and ate the rest of my meal. Usually, at other Nando’s locations, a staff member approaches to check if the meal is satisfactory or if there are any issues, but this did not happen here. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, especially given the many positive reviews I had read. Hopefully, this was an isolated experience.

5 /5 Christine Webb: My husband and l took our grandson for lunch. We all had something different and each was delicious. Our grandson had the vegetarian salad which was good. My husband and I both had chicken which was great. Our server SANDRA was excellent. From the time we walked in until we left she was very attentive. Asking if anyone had allergies, and what we should do.

5 /5 The Mechanick: My nearest Nandos is in Kingston, however I chose this one as it has a lot more space, and it is located in a better area. The food is great and so is the service. I would definitely come back to eat here often and luckily my company provides vouchers for this place as well.

5 /5 James Johnson: We stopped off on our long walk for a delicious lunch at Nandos. As always the food was great and the service was excellent. This particular Nandos was quiet at this time. We introduced a few relatives to the delights of Nandos and they too were very impressed with food quality and choice and the great value for money. Thank you.
