2 /5 alex: been here about 2 times, first time it was okay but a few days ago was absolutely horrible, i ordered the extra saucy wings and they came super burnt and bitter/had no taste, the mac and cheese was really really dry, cold and with no taste; as if its not been heated up at all. the only eatable part was the fries and even my bfs peri mac wrap came super dry and cold, so defo won’t be coming to this branch again, food was horrible even tho it wasn’t busy at all.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling rushed or pushy. Our food arrived quickly and was honestly better than what I’ve had at other Nando’s locations across London. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked, which isn’t always guaranteed at chain restaurants—but they absolutely nailed it here. If you’re in the Wembley Designer Outlet and want a reliable, tasty meal with surprisingly exceptional service, this Nando’s is the one to choose.

The chicken was perfectly cooked tender inside, nicely grilled outside, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality and the marinade. We tried different spice levels and each one had its own distinct taste without being overpowering. The portion size was generous and ideal for sharing with family or friends. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, and everything came out warm and nicely presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. Service was smooth and staff were polite and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying visit. If you’re going in a group, the platter is definitely worth ordering. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

The restaurant was lively but well organised, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere despite being in such a busy area. My food arrived promptly and was cooked perfectly, juicy chicken, full of flavour, and just the right level of spice. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, exactly what you expect from a good Nando’s. The sides were generous and complemented the meal nicely. Staff were friendly, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly even during the lunch rush. Overall, a great spot for a casual lunch, whether you’re shopping nearby or visiting Wembley. Consistent quality, good service, and a place I’d happily return to again.
