5 /5 Asar iqbal: I ate at Pepe’s in Lewisham recently and honestly, the food was amazing. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The portions were generous and the whole meal hit the spot. Great atmosphere too, with friendly service that made the experience even better.

1 /5 Indumini Sarathchandra: Very disappointing experience. We ordered eat-in and were told we would have to wait around 45 minutes, with no care or apology shown at all. The lady who served us was extremely rude and dismissive. When I questioned the long wait, she bluntly said it’s because it’s grilled chicken. We know it’s grilled chicken — that’s exactly why we chose Pepe’s. What we didn’t come for was the attitude and lack of basic customer service. There was no effort to explain properly, no courtesy, and no respect shown to customers. Instead, we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Poor service like this completely ruins the experience, regardless of the food. Customer service seriously needs improvement.

5 /5 Kurwin Gungaloo: Really good frame-grilled chicken fast food joint if you looking for a quick meal. I had the chick’n’rice box meal. Really tasty and the portion is absolutely huge. The chips are seasoned so well. Everything was fresh and the service was great.

2 /5 Alex Duong: I’ve ordered from here multiple times and usually so good. This time I’m shocked at the portion they gave me. Rice and chicken box by it self for 9-10£ only to get a small box? I’ve ordered the same thing before and they’ve given me a bigger box. If the portion size has changed then this should be a kids size. 27£ for half roast chicken meal (chips and drink included) and a box of rice and chicken size for a child. see picture for size of chicken and rice box.
