The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish, attentive, friendly, and genuinely professional.
I ordered the Spicy Seafood Skillet, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious, even better than similar dishes I’ve tried in Mediterranean seaside countries I’ve visited. The flavours were rich, well-balanced, and beautifully cooked.
The only downside during my visit was the grilled calamari I ordered alongside it. Unfortunately, it was extremely tough and impossible to chew properly. I really tried to eat it because I was craving it, but it just wasn’t enjoyable. That said, the young waitress handled the situation in a very professional and kind manner. She was understanding, removed the dish without hesitation, and asked if I would like something else instead. She brought me a frito misto, which was outstanding, perfectly cooked and full of flavour.
I’m not a critical person and I don’t enjoy making complaints, but when something isn’t right, it’s important to mention it. In this case, the way the staff handled the situation made all the difference.
Congratulations on bringing this seafood concept to London. It’s a great idea and I look forward to coming back again.
