Kristie Calvin Fantastic Sunday meal at the Union Tavern! We had the butternut squash soup, the Sunday roast, and finished with the Christmas pudding—every dish was absolutely delicious. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and felt like classic comfort done right. The service was equally great: friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. A wonderful spot for a relaxed, high-quality meal. Highly recommend!

SW Cool Had a quick bite while waiting for a friend. The burger was great and the service was fast. It’s the kind of place you could easily linger in for longer — central, comfortable, and perfect for taking a break after a long walk. You don’t get that kind of breathing room in many of the smaller, busier spots nearby.

J Zajecs We had an amazing date on Friday night! Drinks were lovely and staff was super meticulous and friendly, especially Nico, Sofia, Daniel and Luke. Starters were great with house white. Mains were pretty good, however steak was not the best, but still decent. All in all this is perfect place for relaxing night with live jazz music. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Sandy Lai Perfect attentive service throughout and the food was really good! It would be nice if i the nigiri course was served at a slower speed. It felt a little too rushed. But it was our favourite course as the seafood was really fresh and we loved the sequence it was served. It keeps getting better! Seating by the bar counter could be improved too. It feels a little too cramped. Would highly recommend and go back again!
