1 /5 Faheem Abid: Extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Express. The service was poor from start to finish — staff were inattentive, slow, and unhelpful. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and when the food finally arrived, it was not worth the wait. The food itself was bad. The pizza was cold, bland, and poorly prepared, nothing like what you’d expect from a restaurant of this name. Overall, the quality was very low and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad service and bad food made this a completely unpleasant experience.

3 /5 Lucy Round: Our server was so friendly and attentive. Really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately our experience was brought down towards the end, as someone who I assume was the manager (wore a shirt, unlike the striped tops of the servers) had a dispute with our server within eye and earshot of our table about our bill. I think it was to do with vouchers being used, but either way, there were raised voices and pointing/gesturing towards us, which really spoiled the atmosphere and made what had been a nice evening, quite uncomfortable. I appreciate that disputes happen, but to do it so close to diners was incredibly unprofessional on the (assumed) managers part.

5 /5 Angela Togher: We celebrated a family 40th and 70th birthday at the Pizza Express, Barnet, this week - Dominic was our waiter and he was exceptional. There were 22 of us and the restaurant was busy elsewhere, but the service, food and atmosphere was spot on. The staff here are always fabulous and friendly and the food consistently delicious. As a family, we love Pizza Express - what a fabulous restaurant.

5 /5 Ricky Boleto: Really great for a quick and easy school pit stop. Dominic and team always happy to help with making sure the kids are looked after. Happy parents here. Clean restaurant and good discount vouchers on the app.

5 /5 Ghini: I love the garlic prawn pizza and unfortunately it has been taken off the menu, but when I asked our waiter Domink, he managed to order it for me, which made me very happy.Please keep this pizza on your menu as it is delicious.
