3 /5 Lucy M: When I visited recently, one of the Asian male staff members was genuinely kind and made a really nice impression. Sadly, I didn’t feel the same warmth from the other staff. They seemed a bit uninterested in the customers. I was honestly thinking of giving a lower rating, but because of that one lovely staff member, I’m giving 3 stars.

1 /5 Cyndi Petronel: Everything was literally fine until i dropped my keys in the bin and asked if a worker could help me open the closet to get the bin out because the closet literally wasn’t opening. I was met with faces that dropped and a worker who literally said “No… go do it yourself” immediately in response as if i was asking them to dig their hands in with me???? i thought it was insanely rude especially because she’d served when i got there and i had been polite before and after our interaction. Literally gross attitude what the hell???

4 /5 Lasha G: Please, clean the chairs. They are so dirty you can’t even seat. Actually you can’t clean them, they are so dirty, you need to replace them. Even with enormous footfall, it’s important to maintain cleanliness.

4 /5 Sandra Garcia: I like this brand. It seems that the matcha is natural, not bottled like at Caffè Nero or the other brand... which made me feel awful all day! There are options for healthy eating, although the sandwiches are quite ultra-processed. You just have to read the label with more than 10 ingredients... However, you have options such as pieces of fruit, which I love. I recommend it and I like the brand! The place could be cleaner, especially the tables and seats.
