Right by the River Thames, it’s got that perfect balance of lively atmosphere and scenic charm. Whether you’re popping down for a casual stroll, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying a meal by the water, there’s always something quite special about the vibe here. The selection of restaurants and pubs along the riverside is solid — from cosy spots for a pint to more upscale dining. On a sunny day, the outdoor seating areas are buzzing, and the view of the river with the boats gently passing by is just brilliant. It’s also great for walks or bike rides, especially with the Thames Path running through. And with the town centre just a short walk away, it’s incredibly convenient. All in all, Kingston Riverside is a gem — perfect for a relaxed day out or just soaking up some riverside atmosphere.

5 /5 Jyk Wong: Great place for kiddos and adults alike. Pleasant walking route with lots to see along the way. Swans abound on the banks at the confluence of Hogsmill River and the Thames near Charter Quay. This stretch is particularly picturesque. Plenty of restos and teashops to rest your feet and quench your thirst.
